US, Singapore to launch bilateral AI governance group

In WASHINGTON on Oct 12, the United States and Singapore intend to launch a bilateral artificial intelligence governance group to complement the United States’ voluntary AI commitments and a potential multilateral Code of Conduct, the White House said on Thursday.

It said the group will focus on advancing shared principles and deepening information exchanges for safe, trustworthy, and responsible AI innovation.
